Daniel is primarily a litigation attorney with a focus on various areas of law including litigation for Corporate, Contract, Commercial, Finance, Banking, Mortgage Banking, Securities, Commercial Real Estate, Foreclosure, Foreclosure Defense, Commercial Eviction, Commercial Eviction Defense, Employment Law, Probate, Business Bankruptcy, and UCC matters.
With an undergraduate degree in business finance, and a history of working in various financial industries, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into business and finance matters that few lawyers possess.
In addition to being an attorney, Daniel has experience with financial institutions, the securities industry, and as a landlord. His dealings in the financial industry have given him experience with numerous financial institutions, banking, mortgage banking, commercial credit facilities, warehouse lines of credit, bulk securitized loan transactions, commercial lending, residential lending, and various other commercial finance matters.
Daniel previously passed the Series 65 Securities Exam and was licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor regulated by FINRA while involved in a hedge fund management team. This experience has contributed to his unique understanding of various Financial Markets, Securities Regulations, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Corporate Rights, Shareholder Rights, and M&A.
Additionally, Daniel has experience as a landlord from owning and operating apartment buildings, which adds specialized knowledge, experience, and insight into his practice, as well as the ability to understand and appreciate various client circumstances and needs. This includes Commercial Evictions, Residential Evictions, Condo Conversions, and Commercial Lending.
