Sanjay is a seasoned attorney and a business leader that has served in executive leadership roles in 
large multi-billion corporations as well as small start-ups. Sanjay brings over 25 years of Chemicals, Energy and Healthcare experience with global perspective and significant merger, acquisition and divestiture exposure. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996
A recognized leader in Information Technology, Sanjay built his reputation by anticipating business needs and technology trends and being ready with solutions when others were just getting started. His ability to anticipate problems and design them out led to competitive advantage in cost and reliability. He has been a featured speaker at many industry and leadership forums. He is a successful entrepreneur, manager and socially engaged advocate. He is known to leverage his engineering analysis, business acumen and advocacy skills to build strategic alliances and persuade his peers, staff and superiors alike. He is a board member of Texas Election Protection Lawyer's Committee and volunteers as a Vedic Math teacher. An avid learner, he is always pursuing new avenues for knowledge and adventure. He is happily married and a proud parent of a son and a daughter, both pursuing professional degrees.
